Bartender/Server/Beverage Cart

Jack Frost National Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Bartender/Server/Beverage Cart! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing all assigned items Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory Understand how to properly use and maintain the equipment Perform necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for all food preparation and storage facilities as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques Practice tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Stock and clean beverage cart throughout the day Perform other duties as required High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position Demonstrates good energy and motivation Regular and reliable attendance Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
