Description The Snack Bar Attendant is responsible for preforming a variety of duties within the snack bar area, which include completing customer transactions, preparing foods, cleaning the food and stocking areas, stocking products and maintaining inventory. Seasonal work is described as temporary work that occurs around the same period each year. Generally, Snack Bar Attendants are needed May - September. Operate cash register and receive payments from customers
Provide accurate counts and change to customers
Prepare and serve food items and beverages
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed such as wrapping, labeling with date, stocking, storing and rotating of inventory
Daily temperature readings of coolers and freezer
Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces daily
Maintain a clean and organized serving and kitchen area
Conduct weekly inventory
