Wyndridge Farm | Weddings & Private Events Wyndridge Farm is seeking professional, energetic, and hospitality-focused Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our wedding and events team. This position plays an important role in creating a polished, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional service during weddings, private parties, corporate events, and other special events. Set up and break down tables, bars, service stations, and event spaces according to event specifications. Serve plated, buffet, and cocktail-style food and beverages efficiently and professionally. Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages when assigned to bartending. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service and bar areas throughout events. Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests. Work closely with event coordinators, kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain smooth service. Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and all company safety and sanitation standards. Assist with event cleanup and resetting spaces at the conclusion of events. Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. Able to remain professional and composed throughout long events. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays, glassware, and event equipment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule. Previous serving, bartending, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. At Wyndridge Farm, weddings and special events are some of the most important days in our guests' lives. Our banquet team is expected to deliver service that is warm, attentive, professional, and consistent from the first guest arrival through the final farewell.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
