The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time at our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash registers. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in catering events or special functions as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Experience working in a restaurant or nightclub environment is a plus. Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
