Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both casual and upscale environments, showcasing a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing cleanliness in the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning all surfaces. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons. Utilize Toast for order entry and payment processing. Skills Previous experience in a bar setting is required. Proficient in cash register operations and retail math skills for accurate transactions. Strong time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. Knowledge of, and compliance with, health regulations. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
