Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food if necessary
• Adhere to all food safety and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and calculating bills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Knowledge of catering or event bartending is a plus
• Understanding of retail math for inventory management is preferred
• Hospitality mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality
