Job Summary We are seeking an Energetic and Personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast Follow food safety and alcohol service regulations diligently to maintain compliance and guest safety Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy hours Requirements Proven 2years experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety knowledge Join us as a Bartender and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating lively atmospheres where guests enjoy exceptional drinks and memorable moments.
