Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, with knowledge of drink recipes and presentation standards Set up banquet tables with linens, utensils, glassware, and centerpieces to create an inviting dining environment Serve food courses efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and safety procedures Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing to ensure smooth flow of service Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and billing accurately Collaborate with catering staff to coordinate timing and ensure guest satisfaction during events Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred Culinary or banquet experience that demonstrates knowledge of food presentation and service standards Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Experience with beverage service, including wine knowledge and drink mixing techniques Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced fine dining or catering settings Basic math skills for handling payments and managing orders confidently Join us in creating unforgettable experiences through exceptional service!
