Job Description
Voiture 269 is an honor society of American Veterans. We are looking for experienced bartenders who are friendly, personable, honest, respectful, trustworthy, responsible, and fully accountable with a positive, drama‑free attitude. We are not seeking club‑style bartenders — this role requires a professional, member‑focused service style. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each member and maintain a safe environment. Keep bar area clean in accordance with the club's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes to keep drink costs at a minimum Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the members satisfied at all times Maintain and enforce all club rules while fostering a respectful, safe, and professional environment for members and guests
