Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Knowing the proper preparation of all alcoholic drinks which are on the menu Operating the point of sale system Understanding and adhering to all accounting and cash control responsibilities within 60 days of hire Receiving and storing beverage products in a proper and orderly manner Ensuring that glassware and bar utensils are washed and presentable before they are used Completing all side work as set forth in the operating standards Completing all opening and closing responsibilities Ensuring the bar par is adequate and that the liquor requisition is according to standard Assisting in the training of other staff Completing other duties as assigned
