Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior for safety purposes, especially in nightclub or banquet environments, intervening when necessary. Restock supplies regularly and assist with food service or catering setups when required. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Effective time management skills to handle busy periods seamlessly without compromising quality or safety. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly.
