Job Description
Job Overview Must have at least 2 years of Bartending & Serving Experience each. Must be personable, friendly, and calm in high tension situations Responsible for creating a consistently exceptional experience for every guest dining with us Expected to create a standard of service that provides an example for all other front of house employees Will follow exact recipes for existing house and classic cocktails
- Responsible for greeting all guests at the bar in a timely fashion, and to communicate while working on orders for other guests
- Must give silverware and side plates to everyone ordering food
- Set up bar with mixers and garnishes
- Cover any duties of barback or food runner/busser when necessary
- Responsible for cleaning as you go and putting things back in order throughout the entire shift/ Maintaining a clean and efficient bar / server station
- At the end of shift, break down and clean bar / server station completely
- Completing other daily and weekly side work Responsibilities Prepare and/or serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards.
