Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with integrity and precision. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management proactively. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to enhance the guest experience and support menu updates. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations such as banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits is essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during busy hours. Previous food service experience including serving, food handling, catering events, or banquet service is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
