Bartender

Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating quality drinks and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will prepare beverages, interact with guests, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and offering drink recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including washing glassware and sanitizing surfaces. Accurately process cash and card transactions while following proper cash-handling procedures. Monitor beverage and supply inventory and restock as needed to maintain efficient service. Follow all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Work closely with kitchen staff during events or catering services to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. Stay current on drink trends, new recipes, and local events that may influence guest traffic. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Previous bartending or bar/nightclub experience preferred. Knowledge of brewing or craft beverage preparation is a plus. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or catering environments is helpful but not required.
