We're looking for someone who can bring great energy to the bar, make people feel immediately welcome, and keep things moving when the room gets busy. Who we're looking for: An experienced bartender who understands that great hospitality is about more than making a drink. You notice people. You read the room. Wine knowledge is absolutely a plus, but curiosity is more important than encyclopedic expertise . We can teach you our bottles. We're much more interested in finding someone who is engaged, dependable, quick on their feet, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You'll be a great fit if you: Have solid bartending or high-volume hospitality experience Are warm, outgoing, and comfortable talking to just about anyone Can handle a busy bar while staying organized and composed Work well as part of a team and communicate clearly Are curious about wine, food, and hospitality Take ownership of your space and notice what needs to be done Understand that regulars, first-timers, industry friends, and the person who knows absolutely nothing about wine all deserve the same great experience Like working somewhere with personality The job: You'll be pouring wine, making cocktails, talking guests through the menu, keeping the bar organized and stocked, supporting your teammates, and helping create the kind of neighborhood bar people want to come back to again and again. We want someone who can add to the culture of WineDive, not just clock in and work a station. If you're hospitable, hardworking, a little wine-curious, and know how to have fun while still getting the job done, we'd love to meet you.
