Job Description

Overview Join the Leo Restaurant team as a Bartender, delivering exceptional service in one of Philadelphia's most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a high-volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent. This role sits within our bars team serving a high-volume bar with craft cocktails and an exceptional wine list. This role pays an hourly rate of $9.00 - $10.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards Providing friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests Making recommendations and sharing product knowledge to enhance the guest experience Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation behind the bar Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring bar areas remain fully operational Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
