This role is reserved for a polished, strategic operator with a commanding presence, impeccable taste, and the ability to elevate performance in a competitive, high‑volume dining environment. Only candidates with a proven record of delivering excellence in upscale, chef‑driven operations will be considered. About the Role The General Manager serves as the operational and cultural anchor of the restaurant, shaping the guest experience, driving financial and operational performance, and leading a large, diverse team with clarity, confidence, and authority. This is a high‑visibility leadership role within a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding hospitality group, offering the opportunity to steward one of Schulson Collective's flagship concepts. Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead all FOH operations with precision, consistency, and elevated, experience‑driven hospitality. Maintain a polished, composed presence on the floor, setting the tone for service, culture, and guest engagement. Uphold rigorous service standards to ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand's reputation for excellence. Execute strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership on long‑term planning and operational growth. Team Development Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing management team and hourly staff across multiple dining environments. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH/BOH alignment and flawless execution of chef‑driven menus. Financial & Operational Performance Drive financial performance through disciplined cost control, labor strategy, and operational systems tailored to high‑volume dining. Monitor key metrics including sales, labor, COGS, and profitability, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications 4-6+ years of senior management experience in upscale, fine‑dining, or high‑volume chef‑driven environments. Proven ability to lead large teams with confidence, clarity, and high expectations. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in cost control, labor management, and operational performance. A leadership style that commands respect and inspires excellence. Exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest‑focused presence. Experience in high‑energy, multi‑faceted dining environments is highly valued. Prior Philadelphia leadership experience preferred.
