Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bartenders-Bar Servers to join our lively team for Thursday and Friday evenings from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. This role offers a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your mixology skills and provide excellent customer service. While prior restaurant experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn and passionate about creating a great guest experience. Must Be 18 or older. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service. Operate POS systems to process transactions smoothly and securely. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience. Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal requirements. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and uphold the establishment's standards. Qualifications Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued. Experience with POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bartending techniques is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Availability on Thursday and Friday evenings from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
