The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment, is knowledgeable about a variety of drinks and cocktails, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for mixology, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer questions about menu items. Mix drinks and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and regulations. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glasses and stocking shelves. Maintain inventory of liquors, wines, and beer. Collect payments from customers and make change.
