Position OverviewThe Lead Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar operations during assigned shifts (35 -40 hours/week), ensuring exceptional guest experience, driving team performance, and upholding Birthright s policies, procedures, and service standards.

This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership and operational accountability.
