Job Description

Overview Join our Team as an Equine Barn Staff member and become a vital part of maintaining a thriving, well-organized equine facility. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with horses to ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of the animals while supporting the daily operations of the barn. If you are passionate about animal care and enjoy working in an outdoor environment, this position is perfect for you! All roles are paid positions.
Note:
This is a professional breeding operation and not a "family farm." We are not a boarding facility - these are our horses. You will be handling weanlings, yearlings, and broodmares. You MUST have recent equine experience and able to demonstrate confidence in your skills to apply. Duties Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health status Provide stable cleaning, bedding management, and manure removal to maintain a clean and safe environment Manage horses with confidence using proper handling techniques to ensure their safety Skills Proven previous experience in farm or stable environments with leadership capabilities Extensive equine skills with a focus on care and handling techniques Strong understanding of equine health needs

Please provide, in detail, your recent equine experience. Please confirm you are able to work weekend shifts. We have morning and afternoon shifts 7 days a week. In addition to the previous question about working weekends, are there any shifts during the week you CANNOT work?
