Northampton Valley Country Club (On-site) Job Overview Northampton Valley Country Club is seeking professional, energetic, and customer-focused bartenders to join our banquet team. This role is ideal for experienced bartenders who take pride in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced event environment. We are looking for individuals who can maintain high service standards, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute to a positive guest experience at weddings, private events, and club functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately Provide excellent customer service to guests in a banquet setting Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience (banquet or high-volume experience preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 25 lbs Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and lifting throughout shifts Schedule Part-time, seasonal flexibility available Evening and weekend shifts required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work a variety of events in a professional setting
