Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience while maintaining consistency. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages during busy periods or events like banquets and catering functions. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer handling, and spirits experience. Familiarity with beverage recipe development and food safety standards within the food service industry. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing; experience with catering or banquet operations is a plus. Hospitality industry experience that includes serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to all legal requirements related to alcohol service.
