Bartender Manager

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of bartenders and serving staff to ensure smooth operations during all shifts Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records using POS systems Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health standards across all bar activities Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties and reconciling daily sales using retail math skills Train new staff on beverage preparation, POS operation, food handling, and customer service protocols Maintain a vibrant atmosphere suitable for nightclubs, banquets, or catering events while enforcing responsible serving policies Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on bar management or supervision Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fine dining or nightlife venues Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety Join us to lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
