As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and payments efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquet and catering events. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, report shortages, and assist in restocking as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service in a nightclub or fine dining setting. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred. Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent sales skills to promote beverages effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus.
