The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of food service in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality beverage service, managing bar operations, and assisting with food preparation when necessary. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Create unique cocktails and drink specials that enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments and maintaining cash drawers. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service during catering events. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with budgeting processes related to bar operations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in catering services is advantageous but not required. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications for alcohol service. This will be a hybrid Bar Manager/Bartender position. You will work around 4 bar shifts a week and one/two Manager on Duty shifts. This will be a tipped position in addition to a yearly or hourly salary that will be based on experience.
