Job Description
Bar Lead Row House Cinemas, Dormont, PA Row House Cinemas is hiring a full-time Bar Lead to help open and operate our new bar in Dormont. This is a hands on, tipped role for someone who enjoys making great drinks, delivering consistent service, and keeping a bar running smoothly. You'll be a key point of contact for guests and help train the bar team. This is not a management role and not be responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, or personnel management. What you'll do
- Lead bar service and provide a welcoming guest experience
- Help establish and maintain daily bar operations
- Train bartenders on recipes, service standards, and bar procedures
- Create themed cocktails for films and events
- Prepare kegged cocktails
- Set ordering pars and complete weekly inventory
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and service-ready What we're looking for
- Bartending experience and strong cocktail knowledge
- Training experience preferred
- Comfortable taking ownership of bar operations
- Naturally customer-focused and enjoys guest interaction
- Interest in movies, hospitality, and Row House Schedule & pay
- Fulltime, primarily Wednesday-Sunday, Late afternoon and evening hours
- On-site in Dormont
