As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you'll ensure the bar area remains clean, stocked, and ready to serve. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a dynamic setting. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning counters, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold health standards. Restock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Assist with food preparation tasks like garnishing drinks or preparing simple bar snacks when needed. Support bartenders by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and ensuring the bar is organized and inviting. Support catering events or banquet functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, or assisting with food service as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; experience in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus. Strong cleaning skills and knowledge of food handling safety protocols are essential. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude are vital for providing top-notch customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
