Position Overview We're looking for an experienced, fast-paced Bartender who thrives in a high-volume environment and delivers exceptional guest experiences. If you can handle a packed bar, keep your cool, and create a fun, engaging atmosphere—this is the role for you. What You'll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately Maintain strong knowledge of our cocktail, beer, and wine offerings Provide high-level hospitality and engage with guests in a lively environment Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency Operate Toast POS efficiently for order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper bar setup/breakdown Follow all PA liquor laws and safety standards What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume setting Experience with Toast POS strongly preferred Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Strong communication and team-oriented mindset Availability for nights, weekends, and peak shifts Positive, energetic personality with a strong work ethic Why Join Sienna Mercato High earning potential in a busy, established venue Fun, team-driven culture with opportunities to grow Work across multiple concepts, including a premier rooftop bar Employee dining discounts
