Located in Shadyside, The Mansions on Fifth Hotel is a boutique luxury destination comprised of two historic homes. The "Fifth Avenue House" and the "Amberson House" have been thoughtfully transformed into 22 exquisite guest rooms, rich in character and charm.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous professional bartending experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess incumbent knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic and contemporary cocktails, and best practices in bar operations and maintenance. Candidates must have a valid and active Pennsylvania RAMP Certification.

JOB DUTIES

Position Overview The Bartender is responsible for the setup, service, and breakdown of The Oak Room Pub at The Mansions on Fifth Hotel. We are seeking a polished, experienced individual who is passionate about hospitality, confident in their craft, and committed to creating an inviting and elevated guest experience. The Bartender is a key part of our guest experience—welcoming visitors, serving exceptional drinks, and creating a space that feels both refined and comfortable. All bartending staff for The Mansions on Fifth should also be knowledgeable about hotel offerings and events, ready to assist guests beyond the bar with warmth and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks with consistency and care
• Maintain a pristine, well-stocked, and presentable bar area
• Provide thoughtful drink recommendations, tailored to guest preferences
• Engage with guests, offering local insights and knowledge of the hotel
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all liquor laws and hotel policies
• Stay informed about hotel events and promotions to engage guests and enhance their overall experience
