Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences for our patrons. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities Able to train (paid training) at our Kutztown Location prior to us opening Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure all drinks are garnished and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience. Upsell drink specials and menu items to increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly Requirements MUST be RAMP Certified (or acquired upon hiring) 18+ Years Old Comfortable using a POS system (Toast - training available) Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay:

$7.25 - $50.00 per hour
