The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience working in a social club. This role involves mixing drinks, managing POS systems, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and payment handling Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of beverages Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification as required Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to meet guest needs Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly manner Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Previous experience in restaurant or retail math is advantageous
