Banquet Server/Bartender

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout events and banquets Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per guest preferences Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of banquet areas, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness Collaborate with catering staff to coordinate timely delivery of food and drinks during events Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic environment Skills Proven experience in the food industry, including banquet service or catering roles Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary or restaurant experience is highly desirable; familiarity with food preparation is a plus Experience in bartending or coffee service enhances versatility in guest interactions Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and engage with guests confidently
