Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service in a fine dining or hospitality setting. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, food safety, and operational excellence, with opportunities to develop skills in sales, upselling, and guest relations. Prior experience with POS systems and food handling is preferred to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to sanitation standards. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Experience in culinary arts, food preparation, or food handling is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to enhance guest experience Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy hours while maintaining professionalism Excellent communication skills along with basic math skills for accurate billing and transactions Experience in guest services roles such as host/host or bartender is advantageous Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences while advancing your hospitality career in a vibrant environment that values professionalism and guest satisfaction.
