About us: Michaux Brewing Company is located in Waynesboro , PA and Gettysburg, PA. We offer 12+ rotating taps of our own craft beer plus wine, cider and cocktails. We have a full menu serving pub-style food. Michaux Brew Co is dedicated to creating delicious craft beer and food in a fun, welcoming, laid-back environment. The beertender will take part in creating the ultimate Michaux Brewing Company experience by serving customers and ensure that the taproom is clean, pleasant and friendly.

This individual MUST be consistently available to work Thursday - Sunday in either the Waynesboro or Gettysburg locations (most shifts will be in Waynesboro)

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of and/or passion for craft beer and/or willing to learn RAMP certification and/or willing to obtain certification Previous bartender and server experience preferred ability to stand for 4-8 hours attention to detail friendly and positive personality Job Duties include (but are not limited to): Pour beer, wine, and cider and prepare cocktails Utilize POS system for taking orders and managing customer tabs setup of taproom and patio space Daily cleaning of taproom including sweeping, mopping and cleaning bathrooms Changing kegs Coordinate with kitchen staff to complete customer orders Assist with dishwashing, and other taproom maintenance tasks as needed Assist with running food as needed Assist with marketing efforts & outside events as needed
