Overview Bartender & Bay Host — X-Golf Wexford Part sports bar, part indoor golf, all energy. We're looking for a bartender who makes the room better the second they walk in. Someone who can pour a perfect flight, keep seven bays laughing, and turn a first-timer into a regular. This isn't a quiet country club. It's golf on 15-foot screens, cold beer, the game on the wall, and a crew that actually likes being here. If that sounds like your kind of night, keep reading. What you'll do: Run the bar: craft and pour beer, cocktails, and non-alc; keep tabs tight and the bar clean.

Host the bays:

greet guests, get them set up on the simulators, explain the games in plain English, keep the good times rolling.

Read the room:

suggest the next round or a snack without being pushy, and handle the rush without losing the smile.

Keep it legal and safe:

check IDs, know when to slow someone down, keep the space spotless.

Who you are:

Outgoing, high-energy, and genuinely good with people — this is the whole job. A team player who shows up, works hard, and lifts the shift. 21+ (it's a bar). Bartending experience preferred, but if you've got the personality and the hustle, we'll teach the rest. RAMP certified is a plus (we can help you get there).

The deal:
