Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience while staying within established guidelines. Manage bar inventory levels, monitor stock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure seamless service during shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights or special events like banquets or nightclub evenings. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes. Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that encourages guest loyalty. Experience in fine dining settings or upscale hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to safety standards related to food handling and alcohol service.
