Duties Greet members warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of our offerings Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety protocols Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision as a skilled bartender Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly Maintain a clean and organized service station, adhering to food handling regulations and sanitation standards at all times Engage with guests proactively to promote sales of menu items, upsell specials, and enhance overall customer satisfaction in a fine dining atmosphere Skills Proven experience in fine dining service and bartending within upscale restaurants or nightclubs Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently during busy shifts Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that creates welcoming environments for guests Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, retail math calculations, and cash handling procedures Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with retail math is beneficial for sales promotion efforts This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier hospitality.
