Who We Are Pars & Pints is a golf simulator bar located in Silo Square in Southaven, MS. We combine TrackMan golf simulators, great food, a full bar, and a welcoming social atmosphere where guests come to relax, compete, watch sports, and have a great time. We're building a team that values hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and positive energy. Position Overview Pars & Pints is hiring a Bartender / Server to join our hospitality team. This is a hybrid role where you will serve drinks and food both behind the bar and to guests in our simulator bays. This position will primarily work daytime shifts from 11 AM-5 PM, Monday through Sunday , with some weekend evening availability needed as business demands. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys hospitality, likes interacting with guests, and takes pride in creating a fun, welcoming experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to quality and safety standards Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner Provide service to bar guests, dining areas, and simulator bays Engage with guests, answer menu questions, and make helpful recommendations Create a welcoming environment for golfers, families, groups, and regular guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service areas, dining areas, and simulator bays Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS orders accurately Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Work collaboratively with teammates during both slower daytime shifts and busier weekend shifts Help ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable experience from arrival to checkout Qualifications Previous bartending, serving, or restaurant experience preferred Comfortable working both behind the bar and serving tables/simulator bays Friendly, professional, and guest-focused Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and POS use Must be 21+ Must be able to obtain a Mississippi ABC permit Availability for 11 AM-5 PM shifts throughout the week Some weekend evening availability required as needed Why Work at Pars & Pints Fun, energetic atmosphere Daytime-focused schedule with most shifts between 11 AM-5 PM Flexible scheduling Tip-driven earnings with strong weekend potential Opportunity to be part of a growing concept in Silo Square Work in a social environment centered around golf, food, drinks, and hospitality Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and comfortable serving guests in a bar and entertainment environment.
