A positive attitude and an open mind is a must! SAVI is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a hybrid Bartender/Server role . This position will include both serving and bartending shifts based on the needs of the restaurant. Candidates interested in bartending should understand that this is not currently a full-time bartender-only position , but there is potential to transition into full-time bartending should a position become available. Previous serving and bartending experience is required. We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to continually expanding their knowledge of service, food & beverage, cocktails, and especially wine. Our team members must be able to confidently and clearly articulate SAVI's cuisine, curated cocktail program, and extensive wine list while maintaining a clean, polished, and professional appearance. Just as important is a genuine willingness to jump in and help the rest of the team whenever and wherever needed. At SAVI, whether you're a server, server assistant, bartender, manager, or owner, we all do whatever it takes to create a "1 size fits 1" hospitality experience for every guest. Delivering that level of personalized hospitality takes all hands on deck, every day. Behind the bar, we're looking for more than someone who can simply make drinks. Our bartenders are cocktail artists who can execute at speed. Creativity, strong cocktail knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to wow guests through both personality and professionalism are essential. You must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while remaining friendly, composed, and focused on the guest experience. Because this is a hybrid position, bartenders will be cross-trained and expected to serve , and candidates should be equally comfortable providing exceptional hospitality at a table or behind the bar. ABL certification is required for this position. If you do not currently have the required certification, SAVI will provide it.
