We are a fast paced traditional mexican restaurant in the heart of downtown Littleton. We are very agave focused and our bartenders serve up many a margarita. Palenque is known for its delicious food and margaritas but also for our great service. We focus on creating an experience vs just serving food and drinks. We are looking for an experienced bartender and server (this is a hybrid role) to join our family. We are very team oriented so candidates must work well within a team, and must be able to work in a fast paced environment as well as be self sufficient. We work hard but strive to have a fun and happy work environment. We are open 7 days a week so flexibility in your availability is preferred (Sundays through Wednesdays are a must).
