Must be able to work day and night shifts both during the week and weekends. Must be at least 18 years old with 2 years of experience serving tables or bartending in a full-service restaurant. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety practices and food handling standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities. Manage multiple responsibilities during busy shifts by applying excellent time management skills to serve drinks promptly without sacrificing quality. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Follow all health regulations related to food safety and responsible alcohol service to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating supplies properly, and reporting shortages or issues. Collaborate with team members across food service or retail areas to deliver seamless service experiences. Skills Proven experience as a bartender/server or in a similar food industry role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests from diverse backgrounds. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours smoothly. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
