Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to customers
• Take customer orders and provide table service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• POS experience
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Bartend and serve tables simultaneously and seamlessly
• Responsible for opening solo
• Handle 20+ patrons
• Must be able to work open til volume each shift
• Hiring for a combination of two (day shifts only):

Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques including but not limited to: margarita, old fashioned, manhattan, cosmo, long island iced tea, etc
• Ability to learn and maintain set cocktail recipes
• TIPS Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Hospitality or food service experience is a
