Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication. Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas during shifts, including restocking supplies and garnishes. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nightclub or banquet events, including catering functions. Skills Proven experience in fine dining bartending environments, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced settings. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across various hospitality events.
