We're looking for a friendly, quick-thinking, high-energy Bartender who loves a fast-paced environment and knows how to mix a great cocktail and a great vibe. Our bartenders help shape the experience at Track 15, contributing to our cocktail program, prepping ingredients, batching drinks, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. What You'll Be Doing Behind the bar, you'll be the life of the party and the engine that keeps the bar running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

Mixing classic cocktails, pouring beers, and crafting our signature drinks Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks in Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized (because nobody loves a sticky bar) Checking IDs and practicing responsible service Handling payments and operating POS systems like a pro Collaborating with barbacks, managers, and the rest of the team to keep service flowing Helping prep garnishes, batch cocktails, and contribute to our drink program Jumping in wherever needed to keep guests happy and operations smooth Taking pride in delivering an amazing guest experience And of course… having fun while doing it What We're Looking For Must-Haves 1-2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and mixers Bar Smarts Certification (or willingness to obtain one) TIPS or responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain one) Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to stay cool and efficient during busy shifts A team-first mentality with strong accountability and reliability Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Basic understanding of health and safety and food handling practices High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Points If You Love experimenting with and creating new cocktails Have experience using POS systems like Toast or Square Have a loyal group of regulars who love sitting at your bar Can remember someone's name and drink after their first visit Know how to keep the energy up and guests entertained Perks & Fun Stuff Flexible scheduling Staff discounts on food and drinks A fun, high-energy team environment Opportunities to grow and learn valuable hospitality skills Health benefits (if applicable after a 60-day probation period) The chance to be part of something special — Track 15 isn't just a bar, it's a vibe
