The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and have experience in craft cocktails. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area and collaborating with other staff members to deliver outstanding service. As a server you will be expected to providing a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
