Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Efficiently produce coffee drinks and cocktails and upselling to guests based on their wants and products available. Manage POS system to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain sales records efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety. Handle cashing out customers accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency while managing cash handling responsibilities. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; prior retail math or food industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and ability Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally and have a selling and upselling mentality. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience of 2 plus years in bar and nightlife required, coffee/barista experience preferable but not required.

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
