Product Preparation:

Make and serve fresh juices, smoothies, fruit bowls, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on dietary needs and preferences

Sales & Transactions:

Ring up sales using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and make correct change

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ingredients, nutritional benefits, allergens, and flavor profiles to assist customers effectively

Upselling:

Recommend add-ons, supplements, snacks, and other retail products to boost sales

Cleanliness & Safety:

Keep the juice bar area clean, sanitize equipment, and follow health and safety protocols

Team Support:

Assist with front desk duties, inventory management, and other assigned tasks

Compliance:

Limit access to authorized personnel, enforce cleanliness rules, and maintain proper food handling practices .

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:

One year of juice bar, barista, or related food service experience preferred Jooble.

Certifications:

Food Handler's Card (ServSafe preferred), CPR/First Aid, AED certification

Skills:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for pricing and change Proficiency with POS systems and kitchen equipment Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
