With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro opening in June, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our exceptional team. Position Overview As a Bartender at Belfair, you will create a welcoming and refined bar experience by preparing high-quality beverages and delivering attentive, personalized service to our members and guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area Handle transactions accurately and efficiently Participate in pre-shift and departmental meetings Support service staff as needed and perform additional duties as required Qualifications Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer required Private club experience is a plus Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire (cost covered by Belfair) What We Offer Competitive pay: $26 + /hour guaranteed (base pay + service charge) Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities No late evenings—most shifts end by 9-10 PM Training and development opportunities Complimentary meals and associate appreciation events 401(k) with company match available to all associates Beautiful work environment and a supportive team culture
