Bar Back/ Taproom Support

The Taproom Support position at Steel Hands Brewing is a great introduction to working in a high volume taproom and events center. Base Pay is $2.50/hour + tips (ranging from $8.00-$25.00/hour on top of base pay) The Taproom Support position enhances our overall guest experience by: Setting up/ breaking down indoor and outdoor facility for daily taproom operations. Maintaining a clean and organized Taproom and biergarten by removing empty glassware and dishes from tables in a very high volume setting. Assist the managers, bartenders and food service staff in cleaning before, during and after large events.

Requirements:

Must be highly motivated, self-driven and able to lift 70lbs. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must possess strong work ethic. Taproom Support staff spend the entirety of the shift on their feet Restaurant, bar, brewery or customer service experience preferred but not required. Steel Hands Brewing is a positive, friendly and fast paced work environment. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
